Editionnotes: The copy of this work is lacking A1 (title page) as well as O4. There is some significant damage, with loss of text, to the bottom of O3. The losses, damage and general discoloration of the outer pages point to the work being unbound for quite sometime. The current binding would appear to be 19th century. The volume is part of the Gresham College Library, currently housed at Guildhall Library. There appear to be no manuscript annotations or marks of previous ownership.
